Responsibilities
- Lead Full Stack development teams in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Coordinate development activities and ensure quality, timelines, and delivery objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects on project roadmaps and priorities.
- Support the team with complex technical problem-solving and architectural decisions.
- Promote development, testing, security, and DevOps best practices.
- Mentor, coach, and support the professional growth of team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5–8 years of Full Stack software development experience.
- Experience managing and coordinating technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of modern application architectures and software engineering principles.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Spring frameworks, including Spring and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing microservices architectures, using relational databases, Java, and web APIs and REST services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
