Base Salary
$146k - $271k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Python services and microservices, including APIs and workers, that expose AI capabilities.
- Implement end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using connectors, parsing, chunking, embeddings, indexing, and retrieval.
- Create and operate agentic workflows with LangGraph, n8n, or Agent Development Kit, including prompt and flow iteration and automated evaluations.
- Integrate AI capabilities into web applications through REST, GraphQL, and event-driven interfaces.
- Own CI/CD and containerization for services and implement telemetry, dashboards, alerts, and production support processes.
- Apply Responsible AI, data protection, access controls, guardrails, filtering, red-teaming, and PII handling.
- Collaborate with analysts, QA, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to refine requirements, demonstrate increments, and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on applied AI/LLM engineering experience delivering agentic AI production systems.
- Proficiency in Python and modern engineering practices including testing, linting, typing, packaging, and CI.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, GCP Vertex, and AWS Bedrock.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases and search algorithms.
- Experience with containers, CI/CD, AI observability, and production support.
- Experience developing multi-agent systems using MCP and A2A technologies.
- Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot for agentic AI development.
- Experience with Datadog and LangSmith for AI observability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge graphs and graph queries using Neo4j and Cypher, NLP model training, LLM and VLM fine-tuning, and LLM evaluation frameworks such as DeepEval and RAGAs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with analysts, QA, architects, and business stakeholders.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $146,000–$271,000 per year.
