Base Salary
$255k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end ML systems for recommendations and personalization.
- Architect and optimize ML pipelines for scalable data processing and model deployment.
- Build and deploy advanced models using frameworks like PyTorch.
- Develop LLM-based capabilities, including prompt design and fine-tuning.
- Drive experimentation strategies, including A/B testing and offline evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into ML solutions.
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and improvement.
Requirements
- Typically requires 7–10 years of experience in machine learning.
- Strong expertise in delivering end-to-end ML systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing and scaling ML pipelines and data systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompting and production integration.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Solid AI fluency and ability to guide best practices in model development.
