Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain customer tools, applications, systems, software, and cloud environments.
- Program software using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
- Develop software validation and testing methods using Junit and Katalon.
- Develop, prototype, and deploy cloud-based solutions using automated deployment technologies and cloud infrastructure services.
- Analyze proof-of-concept, performance, and end-to-end testing results and coordinate infrastructure needs driven by developed software.
- Support the software development lifecycle, including scope and work estimation, architecture, design, coding, unit testing, documentation, and deployment of build artifacts.
- Use JIRA and Confluence to track activities and collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members.
- Use GitFlow constructs, GitHub, Jenkins, and Unix Bash scripting in DevOps-oriented delivery.
- Provide operations, maintenance, and technical support for critical customer systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience with Java, Angular, Spring, C2S, software development lifecycles, and DevOps toolsets or practices.
- Experience with Java, Python, Bash, Junit, or Katalon in an Agile development environment.
- Significant experience developing on commercial cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and using cloud data services such as S3, RDS, and EFS.
- Experience with version control and issue or problem tracking systems.
- Experience with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and software development practices.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
- Preferred: experience with structured analysis and design methodologies, the customer’s systems, and the customer’s system development policies.
