Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions with cross-functional product, business, and engineering teams.
- Design and implement AI/ML models for information extraction from complex PDFs and other unstructured or semi-structured documents.
- Build and optimize Generative AI solutions using GPT architectures, prompt engineering, embeddings, and agent-based workflows.
- Develop large-scale document-processing pipelines using batching, caching, asynchronous processing, and orchestration.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models for NLP and document intelligence use cases.
- Apply deep learning techniques and neural networks to improve extraction accuracy and system performance.
- Integrate AI models into production systems through APIs and scalable architectures.
- Communicate technical concepts and solution approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong expertise in NLP, particularly document parsing and information extraction from unstructured data.
- Proficiency with GPT models, prompt engineering, embeddings, and agentic architectures.
- Experience training and fine-tuning models for NLP use cases.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or an equivalent deep learning framework.
- Understanding of SQL, REST APIs, and JSON for data handling and integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and AI services.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business impact.
