Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver proactive and reactive customer support, including onsite presence when needed.
- Provide Azure solution assessments, education workshops, tailored guidance, and delivery management to improve solution health, performance, and availability.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and work with Microsoft Support to expedite critical incident resolution.
- Collaborate with virtual account teams, support teams, product engineering, account teams, and other stakeholders to improve the customer experience.
- Manage customer goals and opportunities, articulate service offerings, and develop strategic customer relationships.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents and contribute to continuous process and delivery improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree plus 8+ years or a master's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing experience and 4 years of experience working on technical projects are preferred.
- Technical cloud certification, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certification, is preferred.
- Subject matter expertise in SAP on Azure and one or more Azure IaaS areas—storage, networking, or compute—is preferred.
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, Azure PaaS, AVD, Identity, Azure Security offerings, systems management, network operations, software support, IT consulting, client/server technologies, networking, and Internet technologies is preferred.
- Ability to handle critical customer issues, lead projects, motivate others, manage shifting priorities, and communicate with technical and executive audiences is required.
- Applicants must meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
