Base Salary
$120k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own large product areas end-to-end from user research and scoping through production deployment.
- Build and continuously improve agentic systems for accuracy, reliability, and capability.
- Develop AI systems involving context engineering, tool use, and multi-agent architectures.
- Talk directly with users, understand pain points, and scope outcome-oriented features.
- Build full-stack features across a Go backend and Vite/TypeScript frontend.
- Champion AI-first development practices, including coding agents, automation, and self-scaling workflows.
- Review code and maintain high standards across the codebase.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end with minimal hand-holding, from ideation to production.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-driven systems, including agent architectures, context engineering, and tool use.
- Strong production-readiness experience with monitoring, observability, performance tuning, and reliability.
- Deep product sense and a history of building for user outcomes.
- Proficiency in Go and ability to write clean, maintainable backend code, with full-stack capability when needed.
- Experience with modern AI development tooling, such as LLM-assisted coding, coding agents, and AI-native workflows.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and independently determine what to build next.
- Prior experience building something from scratch through a startup, founding role, or significant side project is a strong plus.
- US work authorization is required.
