Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deploy scalable Workday Integration and Workday Extend solutions across Workday Finance.
- Lead agentic AI initiatives involving purchase order processing, collections, and cash application automation.
- Architect and implement automated customer integration patterns for billing and onboarding processes.
- Provide technical guidance, evaluate performance bottlenecks, and resolve complex Workday Integration and Extend issues.
- Deliver architecture governance and operational support to maintain system stability during critical financial milestones.
- Collaborate with product managers, platform services, and engineering teams on enterprise data flows and integration patterns.
- Evaluate new Workday platform features, integration tools, Extend capabilities, and AI innovations for internal enhancements.
- Provide documentation, mentorship, instruction, and cross-functional technical leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, system design, and enterprise application integrations within financial platforms, including Workday Finance.
- 10+ years of validated Workday integration and Workday Extend development experience across Financial Management, HR, or Payroll.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Orchestration XSLT, XML, APIs/Web Services, and authentication protocols.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the SnapLogic integration platform for enterprise data pipelines and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software development, enterprise application integrations, and Workday Extend architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce, Apttus, and MuleSoft or SnapLogic integrations.
- Workday Financial transactional knowledge across Contract to Cash, Record to Report, or Source to Pay.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving complex Workday platform issues.
- Experience leading AI automation initiatives and coordinating cross-functional deliverables.
- Ability to provide real-time architecture governance and operational coverage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, mentorship, problem-solving, and technology-learning abilities.
