Base Salary
$127k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead process and business requirements sessions and document future-state supply planning processes.
- Identify, collect, map, integrate, and model enterprise supply chain data from databases, ERP systems, and flat files.
- Design scalable technical solutions and configure specifications and tools within the o9 platform.
- Apply forecasting, statistical, optimization, simulation, and predictive methods to analyze enterprise datasets and produce actionable insights and visualizations.
- Lead supply chain planning implementations through requirements, solution design, development, UAT/SIT, go-live or cutover, and value realization.
- Collaborate with internal R&D, IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy customer fixes.
- Design and execute workflow and data analytics testing, document issues, and advance automated testing with Junior Analysts.
- Plan and deliver Super User and End User training and mentor Junior Analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in a complex supply chain or logistics organization.
- Experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation.
- Experience configuring and deploying advanced planning systems with strong exposure to enterprise ERP tools.
- Proven experience using Agile methodologies for large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Deep supply planning experience with one or more supply planning products.
- Knowledge of database architecture and strong coding skills in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages.
- Strong analytical, data mining, mathematics, statistics, and large-dataset handling skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, demonstration, critical-thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Relevant educational backgrounds include Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Engineering, or related fields with an operations, supply chain, or analytics concentration.
