Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to implement cloud applications.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Perform application configuration activities in Salesforce.
  • Manage multiple integration projects using middleware or third-party applications.
  • Recommend build vs. buy strategies for third-party integrations.
  • Create business process models and design solution documents.
  • Design solutions and write specifications for technical team members.
  • Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies in project management.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production system issues.
  • Support change control best practices and manage user requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ specialist and Platform Developer certifications preferred.
  • Experience building Agentforce Agent and bot experiences.
  • Proficient in custom solutions on the force.com platform.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick and billing.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify data quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
