Base Salary
$112k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into program roadmaps with outcomes and milestones.
- Build and evaluate AI-powered prototypes and end-to-end workflows using LLMs, APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources.
- Develop prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows that produce reliable and useful AI outputs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and centralized AI engineering to productize and scale successful solutions.
- Create documentation, implementation guides, and best practices for AI adoption.
- Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and office hours to improve AI fluency across the organization.
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Claude or other leading LLM platforms, including prompt engineering, skills, agents, and AI workflows.
- Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources to solve business problems and improve workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions using user feedback and business needs.
- Strong technical problem-solving, systems thinking, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to partner with engineering teams to scale successful solutions into production.
