Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to understand requirements and demonstrate automation capabilities.
- Create proof-of-concept automation workflows and support automation-related proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement automated solutions integrating with business applications.
- Develop scripts and automation logic for data exchange between systems.
- Test and validate automation solutions for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Train internal teams and clients on implemented automation solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in workflow automation, presales automation solutions, or technical support for automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, or customer support systems is preferred.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, presales, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- A university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
