Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot software issues and resolve incidents across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous system improvement.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Apply AI capabilities, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks in support of scalable and responsible business solutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Development Services is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services are required.
- Experience with application monitoring, performance tuning, incident management, and troubleshooting is required.
- Ability to work independently, become a subject matter expert, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is required.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
