Base Salary
$220k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the core backend platform, including microservices and data infrastructure.
- Drive technical strategy and make high-impact design decisions.
- Design and build high-performance, reliable SaaS services.
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives and collaborate with senior engineers.
- Mentor senior engineers through architecture reviews and design discussions.
- Partner with product leadership to shape the technical roadmap.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Contribute directly to code in Go within a Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
- Expertise in building or architecting application security products.
- Strong product sense with an understanding of SaaS product development.
- Proficiency in Go and production experience with Kubernetes, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in setting technical direction and driving architecture decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
