Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of software solutions for complex business needs.
- Build and enhance full-stack web applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement APIs, microservices, and integrations with external systems.
- Develop responsive React UI components and troubleshoot production issues across the stack.
- Automate builds, testing, and deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and review software coding, testing, and documentation.
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation and facilitate complex problem resolution.
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams while applying modern development tools and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, backend services, ReactJS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data modeling.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, Maven or Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Python, agentic and prompt engineering, performance, scalability, and reliability is an additional strength.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, application design, architecture, technical troubleshooting, and application testing skills.
