Responsibilities
- Develop highly scalable cloud-first solutions for Solventum’s public and private platforms.
- Understand and enhance complex data workflows at scale.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate new technologies to improve platform capabilities.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions that improve patient outcomes and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and five years of software development experience, or a high school diploma/GED and nine years of software development experience.
- At least four years of enterprise design and development experience with Java and Python.
- At least four years of experience with highly scalable AWS cloud solutions.
- At least three years of experience developing relational and NoSQL solutions.
- At least two years of experience working in an automated CI/CD environment.
- T3 and T5 Public Trust security clearances are required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in computer science or a related field, cloud-native deployment experience, StateRAMP/GovRAMP project experience, Docker proficiency, healthcare experience, HL7 and FHIR familiarity, Agile experience, and strong test automation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship.
