Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and PCF controls.
- Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, security roles, environment strategies, and solution management processes.
- Design or integrate Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Collaborate with developers on plug-ins, APIs, and integrations.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements and solution approaches.
- Act as a trusted advisor, support platform adoption, and contribute to solution demonstrations and proposal responses.
- Support project planning, estimation, sprint planning, quality assurance, delivery risk mitigation, and mentoring.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, security, environments, and solution management.
- Experience designing or integrating Azure cloud services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Solid understanding of C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-in development, JavaScript form customization, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Agile or sprint-based delivery.
- Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder engagement, and solution design skills.
- Advantageous experience includes Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages governance, PCF, Power BI, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Data Lake architectures.
- Experience in regulated or public-sector delivery environments is advantageous.
