Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, uncover needs, and translate challenges into practical solutions.
- Take ideas from discovery through prototyping, development, and production.
- Design reusable solutions that turn recurring customer deployment challenges into broader platform capabilities.
- Partner with Product and core Engineering to influence technical discussions and product priorities.
- Build applications, workflows, APIs, and integrations across identity providers, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and enterprise security environments.
- Develop features, automation, and AI-powered workflows that improve onboarding and customer adoption.
- Own solutions through production and collaborate across Engineering, Product, and GTM to resolve technical blockers.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production software, designing systems, evaluating technical tradeoffs, and delivering end-to-end solutions; Python experience is preferred.
- Track record of taking ambiguous problems from concept through development and launch, iterating based on feedback and real-world usage.
- Ability to understand customer needs, identify underlying problems, and translate complex requirements into effective solutions.
- Product and systems thinking, including the ability to identify patterns, design reusable abstractions, and balance immediate needs with scalability.
- Comfort building customer-facing applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations across the stack.
- Experience with enterprise authentication, security platforms, or SIEM/SOAR systems is a plus.
- Resourcefulness, curiosity, ownership, and comfort navigating ambiguity independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Interest in using AI to accelerate development; experience with LLMs, agents, or AI-powered workflows is a plus.
