Base Salary
$115k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, and implement software enhancements, applications, and projects for the transaction management platform.
- Lead and mentor globally distributed development teams and collaborate across geographic locations.
- Handle projects and initiatives independently and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write unit and automation tests, participate in code reviews, and support high-quality software delivery.
- Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs and developing solutions.
- Participate in the Scrum development process, including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 13+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Excellent Java, core Java, multithreading, JVM language, and multi-tier application development experience.
- Experience with cloud computing, Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure or AWS, Spring Boot, and relational databases such as Oracle.
- Experience with microservices architecture and leading mid- to large-scale development teams.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, self-motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile software development methodology is desired.
