Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to build trust, understand business needs, and identify objectives and pain points.
- Participate as a key stakeholder throughout the end-to-end sales cycle from creation through closing.
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations aligned with customer needs.
- Drive solution evaluations by identifying customer objections and partnering with Sales to resolve blockers.
- Communicate customer needs to the Global R&D team and help adapt products for the Japanese market.
- Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market, Digital Consultant, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise software solution engineering or a highly related function.
- Excellent RDB design capability and experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A self-driven approach and a track record of exceeding goals.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills for managing projects and deal cycles of varying sizes.
- Strong strategic thinking and product sense for innovative enterprise software.
- Preferred: knowledge of enterprise office collaboration software and corporate shared services functions.
- Preferred: a startup mindset or experience developing polished solutions to problems.
