Base Salary
$225k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of major parts of the codebase
- Work closely with the founders
- Serve as a high-trust code reviewer
- Raise the bar for engineering quality and delivery speed
- Shape architectural decisions
- Mentor engineering teammates without managing people
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building features and leading projects from scratch
- Deep understanding of systems and infrastructure
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and full-stack web applications
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong ability to learn quickly, execute effectively, communicate well, and demonstrate excellence through education, work, projects, or other accomplishments
