Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across ERP, HCM, SCM, and related modules.
- Provide technical leadership to development and integration teams, including setting standards, reviewing designs and code, and ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
- Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP web services, Oracle Integration Cloud, and other middleware tools.
- Customize and extend Oracle applications using BI Publisher, OTBI, BIP reports, and Fast Formulas.
- Oversee data migration using FBDI and HDL templates.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with functional consultants and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and consultants and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Perform technical documentation, test scripting, code review, deployment, change management, and application and SQL performance troubleshooting.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience developing Oracle Fusion Cloud/EBS solutions and 15+ years of overall experience.
- Hands-on experience with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP web services, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and JSON.
- Experience integrating Finance and HCM systems with third-party providers such as ADP and Mercer.
- Experience with FBDI data migration and Fusion ERP technical architecture across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and PO.
- Hands-on experience with at least two full implementation lifecycles.
- Experience with AIM documentation, technical specifications, SIT/UAT test scripts, code review, deployment, and SDLC change management processes.
- Experience with application and SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ITIL in development and support projects.
- Experience with Oracle EBS open interface APIs, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms Developer, Oracle Workflow, and XML Publisher.
- OAF experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
