Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture activities for the Dynamics 365 CRM/Workbench transformation programme.
- Shape and define solution architecture from early design through delivery.
- Ensure consistency and alignment across solution designs and technical delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leads.
- Provide architectural guidance aligned with Azure cloud technologies and enterprise standards.
- Support Azure DevOps implementation approaches and Agile delivery environments.
- Contribute to AI/LLM-enabled document triage and comprehension capabilities.
- Drive best practices in integration, scalability, security, and solution governance.
- Produce architecture documentation and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Requirements
- Strong experience in solution architecture within enterprise transformation programmes.
- Strong Azure and cloud architecture experience.
- Required experience with Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of LLM AI technologies, particularly document triage and comprehension use cases.
- Ability to shape and lead architectural direction within complex programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and solution-shaping skills.
- Commercial Insurance experience is beneficial.
