Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the revenue systems stack and lead Salesforce architecture decisions covering data modeling, automation, integrations, and platform governance.
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and internally developed applications.
- Improve efficiency and data quality across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including contracting, pricing, invoicing, attribution, and revenue recognition.
- Own reconciliation controls and governance frameworks to maintain auditable sources of truth across systems.
- Support Salesforce CI/CD, DevOps, source control, testing, and deployment best practices.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate builds, testing, documentation, and AI-powered GTM solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Data, and Billing & Finance Operations teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering Salesforce solutions.
- 2+ years owning Salesforce architectural decisions as a lead, including data modeling, integration and automation design, and platform governance.
- Deep fluency in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and Salesforce security models.
- Experience building integrations with third-party and internal systems using REST APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Strong testing discipline, including test plans, sandboxes, UAT, and CI/CD pipeline tooling.
- Strong written communication and ability to document architectural decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort using AI tools for Apex, Flow, and test class generation while maintaining production-readiness judgment.
- Experience replacing or restructuring legacy systems while keeping business operations running.
- Familiarity with Platform Events and Change Data Capture is preferred.
- Experience with outcome-based or other high-volume transactional billing models is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is preferred.
