Lead Mission Software Engineer, Connected Warfare

- Champion Anduril capabilities within customer environments.
- Develop system architecture and mission vignettes.
- Iterate on core data mesh technology for degraded networks.
- Develop connectors and APIs integrating legacy and modern systems with Lattice.
- Deploy software to non-standard environments.
- Create data-flow pipelines across disparate networked systems and security domains.
- Make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs and own delivery of mission-critical capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience working with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, and JavaScript.
- At least 2 years of experience as a technical lead or people manager of software engineers.
- Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Experience building software involving significant data processing and analysis.
- Ability to understand complex systems and established codebases quickly.
- Experience in a customer- or client-facing role.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Eligibility for SC Clearance.
- Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact.
