Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions across multiple teams and products.
- Lead complex technical initiatives and own ambiguous problems spanning multiple systems or teams.
- Establish coding standards, review processes, quality metrics, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior, mid-level, and senior engineers and create technical learning pathways.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product management, design, and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and champion technologies, frameworks, and methodologies that improve competitiveness and engineering efficiency.
- Lead architectural reviews, technical design discussions, roadmap planning, and technical strategy.
- Participate in technical hiring and interviews and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Drive improvements in system reliability, performance, maintainability, engineering productivity, and developer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience with demonstrated progression in technical leadership roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Extensive experience with Azure and AWS, including infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration.
- Advanced knowledge of database design, optimization, and management across SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong background in API design, security implementations, systems integration, performance optimization, scalability planning, and system monitoring.
- Track record of leading technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Preferred experience includes fintech, compliance, regulated industries, data engineering, analytics, machine learning implementations, event-driven architectures, real-time data processing, security frameworks, compliance standards, technical debt management, legacy modernization, technical writing, documentation, knowledge sharing, agile methodologies, team leadership, and business strategy.
