Responsibilities
- Build websites and landing pages based on design comps and requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues on existing platforms, focusing on front-end code.
- Serve as the point person for projects primarily staffed by vendors or client teams.
- Conduct code reviews and document technical decisions.
- Collaborate with product, design, analytics, content, and account teams.
- Communicate with project managers and stakeholders throughout projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and modern standards.
- Experience in WordPress development, including theme building and PHP editing.
- Front-end JavaScript experience is a plus, especially with frameworks like React.
- Familiarity with CRM, CDP, or marketing platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of fundraising platforms and optimization tools is a plus.
- Experience with Git and modern deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of front-end performance and accessibility.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for progressive advocacy and community-building.
