Responsibilities
- Integrate gaming products, including launching new games and maintaining partner integrations with internal and external systems.
- Plan and coordinate integration projects, deliveries, tasks, and fixes with development teams.
- Understand and support every step of the integration process, including API implementation.
- Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalate issues, and provide management reports.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for external customers during integration.
- Define integration requirements and secure QA, Finance, and Compliance approvals before production.
- Create, improve, and automate integration-related processes.
- Participate in meetings with technical teams from partner organizations.
- Manage and monitor systems for troubleshooting, including administration, log parsing, and scripting.
Requirements
- Understanding of web technologies and experience working with web applications and CMS platforms.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle or MongoDB queries.
- Experience with the Linux command-line interface and utilities.
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, SOAP, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Experience with front-end debugging.
- Experience in software development with Java, JavaScript, or PHP is advantageous.
- Experience in support and system administration, including troubleshooting, log parsing, and scripting.
- Intermediate English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and ability to learn quickly.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and CI/CD practices.
