Base Salary
$224k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact.
- Set technical direction for critical technical surface areas to support continued growth.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling.
- Build the Integrations Platform and shared primitives for authentication, lifecycle, observability, and publishing across Vanta’s integration ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve security and trust outcomes for customers.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience playing technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
- Previous startup experience or experience in an environment prioritizing a bias for action.
- Previous experience working on greenfield projects.
- Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space.
- Openness to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
