Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning infrastructure and models.
- Help teams understand the data lifecycle and experimental nature of machine learning.
- Build internal products to enable AI integration into features.
- Consult with teams on machine learning patterns and tradeoffs.
- Create scalable services for data integration and event processing.
- Write high-quality, sustainable, and testable code.
- Coach and collaborate with team members to share expertise.
- Translate product goals into actionable engineering plans.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI, preferably in natural language.
- Experience handling TBs of data or hundreds of millions to billions of records.
- Proven experience in building and deploying ML-driven B2B applications at scale.
- Familiarity with ML technologies such as Python, Jupyter, and Workflow Engines.
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalable service design.
- Experience with public cloud solutions like AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects.
- Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
