Responsibilities
- Architect and own production-grade AI pipelines for voice-based generative healthcare agents.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to translate healthcare workflows into scalable AI experiences.
- Represent engineering in high-stakes clinical and partner conversations.
- Drive zero-to-one projects using advanced LLMs and retrieval systems.
- Set standards for AI-native workflows supporting real-time interactions.
- Mentor engineers and raise the quality bar through code and design reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software, ML, or AI engineering.
- Proven track record of building and shipping AI or ML products in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in distributed systems and APIs.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
- Experience with cloud environments and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
