Base Salary
$284k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance especially frontend-focused features for Siro’s consumers.
- Own key features from architectural decisions through implementation, deployment, and support.
- Create intuitive, performant interfaces that make complex AI insights accessible.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and engineering practices.
- Partner with product and design teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Evolve development practices and tooling to support sustainable scaling and velocity.
- Own system and product health and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript frameworks.
- Experience with Node.js and REST API design.
- Demonstrated skill in mobile and/or web performance optimization.
- Ability to work from Siro’s NYC office at least 3 days per week.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
