Responsibilities

Design and develop MCP servers for agentic tools using FastMCP or similar technologies.
Design and develop agentic workflows using ADK, A2A, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
Design and develop microservices using FastAPI, GraphQL, or similar technologies.
Develop functional designs in collaboration with enterprise architects, developers, business partners, and end users.
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver user-facing products.
Conduct proof-of-concept studies for deployment architectures and new data engineering technologies.
Establish paved paths for algorithm integration and productization, including feedback loops and data flywheels.
Implement and maintain ML architecture, data pipelines, and applications supporting production model training and inference.
Champion full-stack algorithm engineering practices and foster cross-functional partnerships.

10+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
Full-stack software engineering experience building AI-powered digital experiences.
Strong experience designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
Experience with microservices architecture, consensus patterns, and high availability across distributed nodes.
Ability to integrate AI/ML services and complex workflows into backend systems using orchestration frameworks and event-driven patterns.
Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, VS Code Copilot, Claude Code, or Gemini.
Experience with Docker, public cloud platforms, serverless workloads, container orchestration, and cloud-native services.
Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
Proficiency with relational databases, including schema design, connection pooling, and performance tuning.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development, and automated code quality standards.
