Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QA plans, test data, procedures, test scripts, and test automation frameworks.
- Execute functional, smoke, regression, manual, automated, API, and web-service testing.
- Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using approved testing tools and documented requirements.
- Use AI-driven tools for test-case generation, intelligent test execution, result analysis, and validation of internally built AI agents.
- Write and customize automated tests, including code for API load testing.
- Document test status, defects, risks, test coverage, and project results.
- Coordinate testing work across multiple project phases and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience testing highly scalable applications through manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, and/or Pytest for web-application automation.
- Experience with Postman and JMeter for API testing and load-test creation.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Git source control.
- Experience writing SQL queries, procedures, and functions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and database validation using SOQL.
- Hands-on experience testing web services.
- Experience with AI-driven or agentic testing approaches using multiple AI models.
- Expertise in QA prompt engineering for AI-agent test generation, execution, and validation.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong communication, prioritization, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-work skills.
