Responsibilities
- Oversee product delivery and integrity throughout the software product lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Manage processes, resources, and technologies to support smooth operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and product delivery management.
- Experience in process optimization and resource management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
