Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications and Workday integrations to meet business and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with teams, and contribute to decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple systems.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Explore and implement technologies and methodologies that improve current projects.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations and enterprise integration design patterns.
- Experience configuring and customizing applications for complex business requirements.
- Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
