Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain testing strategies, plans, and coverage for product releases.
- Design, execute, and improve manual and automated regression, integration, system, end-to-end, and API testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate quality practices into development and CI/CD processes.
- Track and document defects, support resolution, and provide testing insights and release-readiness recommendations.
- Coordinate performance testing through script development, scenario execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in software testing and quality assurance, including release validation, test automation, and performance testing.
- Experience with Robot Framework or Playwright and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, Postman, and REST APIs.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional English proficiency and strong collaboration, coordination, communication, prioritization, and independent-working skills.
- Experience applying AI in quality assurance is beneficial.
