Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
- Build Power Automate workflows that connect applications, data, and business processes.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, visualizations, data transformations, models, and validation processes using multiple data sources.
- Integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and other approved data sources.
- Support portfolio management, delivery tracking, backlog management, performance measurement, and SAFe-aligned program reporting.
- Gather and refine requirements with program teams, analysts, product owners, and leadership, then translate them into maintainable technical solutions.
- Support Power Platform needs across the EIDS and DHMSM programs while managing multiple priorities and dependencies.
- Provide demonstrations, documentation, guidance, and enablement to support adoption and long-term maintenance.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and required access to DHA systems and environments.
- Strong experience designing and developing complex Microsoft Power Apps applications for business or program teams.
- Experience integrating Power Apps with Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and other data sources.
- Experience troubleshooting and improving Power Apps performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards using multiple data sources.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Azure DevOps with Power Platform solutions for reporting, workflow, or metrics.
- Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), particularly portfolio and execution concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple development priorities, work across teams and programs, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification is desired.
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification is desired.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification is desired.
