Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across critical business systems.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous system improvement.
- Assist with development and implementation of application support processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in the assigned area.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
