Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues, analyze system performance, and resolve incidents across critical business systems.
- Contribute to application support processes, system improvements, and solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex software and application-support challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services is required.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
