Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, firewall configuration, compute instances, virtual machines, and serverless functions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, repositories, build automation, build orchestration, and environment automation.
- Implement containerized and microservices-based solutions using cloud and container platforms.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting tools and support high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to solve technical problems and deliver digital services.
- Maintain regular client communication and act as a key point of engagement for projects.
- Coach and mentor team members and help establish robust development processes, methods, and patterns.
- Contribute to bids and proposals, including presenting to clients during formal selection processes.
- Support account management and provide consulting expertise.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in DevOps.
- Expertise in architecture and knowledge of the software development process.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical-thinking capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client communication, consulting, and account-management skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams.
- Applicants for applicable UK roles must meet relevant security-clearance requirements, including at least five years of continuous UK residency where required.
