Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and operate software across different parts of the technology stack.
- Own complex features and components from technical design through implementation and production deployment.
- Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to engineering practices and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and partner teams.
- Mentor less-experienced engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, performance, security, and alignment with requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
- Practical experience using modern AI coding assistants or agentic development tools in software engineering workflows.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and modern software delivery practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
