
Senior Software Engineer - RPA UI Path & Gen AI

- Design, code, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain end-to-end intelligent automation solutions.
- Integrate RPA, workflow platforms, Generative AI, agentic AI technologies, LLMs, and enterprise systems.
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and projects, contribute to large-scale strategy planning, and act as an escalation point.
- Review and resolve moderately complex technical challenges involving technologies, procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers while providing guidance to less experienced staff.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and resilient enterprise solutions with appropriate software engineering and AI design patterns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 4+ years of enterprise software engineering experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath or equivalent intelligent automation and RPA tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboard design and preparation.
- Experience across the automation lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Programming expertise in Python or equivalent object-oriented or functional languages for AI-driven solutions.
- Experience with Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and LLM integration.
- Experience with Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent LLM platforms.
- Agentic AI development experience using LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, databases, message queues, and enterprise systems.
- Understanding of AI agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, memory, reasoning patterns, AI/LLMOps, version control, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
- Preferred certifications include UiPath, Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, GenAI, LLM, or cloud AI credentials.
