Base Salary
$116k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Independently design, implement, and deliver high-quality features and code.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with seniors to debug complex issues across the stack.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor systems and respond to incidents as part of an on-call rotation.
- Integrate AI coding assistants into the development workflow.
- Help define and improve team standards for AI-assisted development.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Experience developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Solid foundation in JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and React Native.
- Experience building responsive web and mobile applications.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks, preferably Jest.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and messaging queues.
- Experience implementing and managing API services using GraphQL.
- Familiarity with software design patterns for reliable code.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience using AI development tools in real projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
