Responsibilities
- Own the design system and evolve the component library and design tokens.
- Drive migrations and adoption of the design system into the product.
- Ensure frontend performance, including bundle size and accessibility.
- Write codemods and migration scripts to facilitate team adoption of the system.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to maintain high standards of craft.
Requirements
- Proficient in TypeScript and React with a focus on clean, performant code.
- Experience owning a design system or shared component library in production.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance and accessibility as engineering problems.
- Ability to use coding agents to streamline migrations and adoption.
- Strong design instincts to identify UI issues and maintain high quality.
