Base Salary
$107k - $143k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the lifecycle of your code, from design and development to testing and deployment.
- Partner with product managers and customers to understand pain points and create delightful product experiences.
- Utilize agentic workflows to enhance judgment and speed up implementation while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team and mentor others on AI tooling.
- Seek continuous improvement in engineering culture, values, and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident responses to ensure system reliability.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building full-stack applications with technologies like React, TypeScript, Ruby, and .NET/C#.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and experience writing queries.
- A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges in processes, technologies, or products.
- Commitment to building resilient systems with robust testing and proactive monitoring.
- Experience with AI tools and a genuine curiosity about customer needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
