AI Solutions & Enablement Engineer

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify, document, assess, and prioritize AI productivity, automation, and knowledge-management use cases.
- Develop business cases and recommendations and collaborate with technology leadership on an enterprise AI opportunity roadmap.
- Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms through training programs, workshops, office hours, educational materials, coaching, and reusable best practices.
- Configure, integrate, test, administer, and support AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, integrations, and related services.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, data, legal, compliance, and technology teams on technical and regulatory requirements.
- Document solution architectures, implementation approaches, and operational procedures.
- Promote responsible, secure, and compliant AI usage and help establish adoption metrics and business-value measures.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform enterprise strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, automation, or AI enablement.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar tools.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Preferred experience implementing AI workflows, automations, or agents with AI platforms and orchestration tools.
- Preferred familiarity with APIs, integrations, workflow automation platforms, and low-code/no-code technologies.
- Preferred experience with change management, training, organizational adoption, and AI governance, security, privacy, or compliance.
- Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus.
