Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new and early-stage customers to accelerate their time-to-value.
- Take ownership of technical success and consumption trajectory within assigned accounts.
- Apply an outcome-based selling mindset to customer engagements.
- Provide strategic advisory on data strategy and technology stack integration.
- Deliver technical value using AI-powered development tools.
- Provide foundational guidance on architectural best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for resource orchestration.
- Create and deliver high-impact educational programs for customers.
- Act as a feedback loop to influence product development.
- Triage customer inquiries and assist with demos and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SQL is required.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Desire to learn and grow technical skills in the Snowflake platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and possess project management skills.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
