Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new and early-stage customers and own their technical success, adoption, consumption trajectory, and customer needs.
- Advise customers on data strategy, technology stack integration, platform activation, and successful use-case delivery.
- Provide Snowflake-specific architecture guidance covering workload isolation, warehouse utilization, resource monitoring and alerts, budgeting, and RBAC/security setup.
- Use AI-powered development tools and automation to accelerate technical solutions and implementation guidance.
- Collaborate with account teams, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Engineering, and external partners to coordinate resources and resolve risks.
- Create and deliver scalable customer programs such as hands-on labs and webinars.
- Triage customer inquiries, support demos and troubleshooting, and identify potential business value for the Expansion team.
- Provide field feedback to influence future product development.
Requirements
- Hands-on SQL experience is required.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data architecture, data analytics, and AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is required.
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a technical role, is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences are required.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and use project management skills to drive customers toward agreed timelines is required.
- SnowPro Core certification is preferred.
- Python, Java, or Scala proficiency, particularly in data or application development, is preferred.
- Experience with modern data technologies, basic data science knowledge, and interest or experience using AI-powered development tools and coding agents are preferred.
