Responsibilities
- Apply trading domain knowledge and technical skills to create innovative solutions.
- Participate in the entire software development process, including design reviews.
- Shape and optimize a tech stack using AWS back-end services.
- Develop automation tools for scalable, high-quality applications.
- Advocate for design and development best practices.
- Coach and mentor product engineering teams.
- Communicate effectively and seek solutions to problems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on product architecture.
- Expertise in Java or Kotlin, or equivalent programming languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Design Patterns, OOAD/SOLID principles, and automated testing.
- Strong motivation to adopt new technologies and navigate complex codebases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and a desire to enjoy work.
