Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning and AI systems for core product features.
- Own the ML/AI lifecycle for AI Code Review, from data collection to production.
- Make architectural decisions to improve model performance.
- Build high-quality datasets and run experiments to interpret results.
- Integrate ML models with backend applications and product experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in applied ML, data science, or ML infrastructure roles.
- Proven track record of designing, training, and deploying ML models in production.
- Strong skills in data curation and evaluation.
- Experience writing production-grade code and building robust data pipelines.
- Deep intuition for model behavior and data representation.
- Experience architecting complex distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in Golang is a strong plus.
- Bonus: experience with GCP infrastructure or Temporal for workflow orchestration.
