Base Salary
$120k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale systems for marketing technology and user acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketers, data analysts, and lifecycle teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure systems are extensible, robust, and data-driven.
- Shape the team's technical direction and mentor junior engineers.
- Focus on campaign execution, landing page optimization, and third-party integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem.
- Experience with modern TypeScript & JavaScript frameworks, preferably Next.js.
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL a plus).
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
